If you want a nissan engine then go for a nice SR20 stroker build and melt some faces.

If you want insane power from an inline stick to toyota, or bmw. Not saying there arent some AMAZING and i mean AMAZING rb26 and 25s. and even some rb20s that have raped me sideways.... But point being that for drifting applications the JZ will forever be king... They simply behave perfectly for tuning, specially with the right tuner.

However, Sir, before I would build a SR20 stroker, I would prefer the CA18 and build it up to a CA20. In Japan these engines are known as Baby-Skyline-Engines and theyre the first version of their bulletproof blocks.

@mydogzty Lol just because it has the title RB doesnt mean its a godlike engine. 1jz is a hell of alot easier to get power out of and has stronger internals. The 1jz can handle about 200hp more on stock internals than a rb25. Now lets not get into a 2jz/RB26 discussion lol.

@mydogzty The 1jz-GTE is a 2.5 liter twin turbo inline 6(also came in single turbo when VVT-i arrived) that came in the JDM MKIII supras and multiple other cars, also toyota soarers. The 2jz-GTE was actually designed and built to be a better engine than the RB26 because toyota was well aware of the RBs capabilities. 2jz-GTE is a 3.0 twin turbo inline 6 that is very well known for making wicked power on stock internals and four digit horsepower numbers on aftermarket internals. Both are amazing.

@r3demption91 the wooshing sound you hear as he accelarates is the wastegate, all external pretty much sound similar to that, You can vary in the make yes, I couldnt tell you what boost hes running, cant really tell that from sound.

The chatter you hear after it is the air in the turbo getting pushed back through the turbo blades.
