Is anybody aware that this is a *Blizzard* official orchestral remake of the track that shipped with the battlenet version of the game? The rerelease of the game came with an entirely orchestral soundtrack, remade from the original midi musics, including this one. This guy did not make this track.

@c9agent Hilarious! I'm actually surprised it's taken 9 months for my first "omg you didn't make this song" proclamation. I made this song along with the nearly 70 other game songs I've posted in my channel over the months. I wonder how I do subscriber requested songs since I don't know how to make music. BTW I wasn't aware Blizzard used East West Symphonic Gold for their orchestral samples for the BNET version... seeing as how it didn't exist yet. Perhaps they have a time machine at Blizz HQ?

@TenchuXmusic Yes mate that's fantastic, since immediately before writing this post I played "your" song in direct overlay with my personal copy of the official blizzard BNet Edition soundtrack and it matches exactly. I don't care if you want to make yourself look like a big and awesome composer, but don't steal legitimate musician's work and claim it as your own.

This is one of my favorites so I have some critiques. At 1:22 with the chromatic pedaling there is not enough of the harp arpeggio and it starts too loud to get the full crescendo effect and the upper strings that play the eighth-note runs above the pedaling drums and horns are drowned out and are very important for opening into the climax. At 1:43 too much cymbal/snare not enough horn or bass or strings. At 2:00 good balance but needs more doublebass/cello playing the melody an octave lower

Actually this song and the original are almost the same speed... I literally just overlapped this song with the original to test it.

This one is slightly faster, but not much (I believe it ends 3-4 seconds sooner than the original). It probably has the feeling of being faster than it actually is due to it's loudness.

I'll give you it though that it is a little faster. Nice catch. Perhaps I'll lower the BPM just a nudge for the MP3 when I do release it down the road.
