  • No, you only need a 4 octave marimba.  Lowest note is C one octave below middle C. It's a great piece, good luck if you decide to play it.

  • Great! I started to play the marimba six onths ago, when a bougth myself a majestic 4 1/3 Marimba. I probably have to practice som more before I can cope with such a dynamichal and techincal dificult peace... But maybe next year :) That woulkd be fantastic :D
