These guys were in a class by themselves. The had the key to a secret door to a cave with swirling, beautiful, soulful, haunting, magical things live where no one else could go. I have to say that their music came into my world at a tender age of pre-adolescence when my family was crumbling around me and I became withdrawn. But I could always find in their music something that reached into my soul and made me feel less alone, convinced me that someone else understood.

They were there for me.

saw them in 75 in indy.....what a fuckin' show..they were a warm up for someone who to this day i cant remember...strawbs blew them away..whoever they were lol great band...btw...john hawken...the keyboardist...was in the nashville teens in the 60s...remember 'tobacco road'? he was the keyboardist for them
