I think Bush is trying to cover up his mistake by getting rid of people who served in the military during the Iraq war. Most of the soldiers are being bullied followed and harassed. Some of them have been placed on the FBI Terror Watch List and are watched constantly. They don't have normal lives, and are constantly worrying about their survival. Many of the suicides are forced suicides induced by the government.

Disgusts me. Especially since a friend of mine that I served with in iraq committed suicide about 2 years after returning home from our deployment

I think they're trying to get rid of all us vets to save money they pay as benefits. i was given Gabepin for pain and the side effect is.... you guessed it ... suicidal tendicies.

Why is anyone surprised by this? This administration does not give a rats ass about the troops. It goes out of it's way to make sure the public does not see dead, wounded and mentally scarred people it creates. We should ship the entire administration off to Iraq with no protection whatsoever.

If these kids do not get the help they need, once again many will become just another Veteran statistic on; Homelessness, jail, our court system, domestic dysfunction, urine drug testing, probation, suicide or/and many medical absences from employment and unlike erectile dysfunction the list keeps getting longer... just like it has been for decades now. . . And The Drug Cocktail combination the VA is handing these veterans is criminal.
