I watch this video all the time, especially when I'm feeling down. Finally, a video that captures Karen as a happy, playful person! While she clearly struggled with some issues (to say the least) she was known for her sense of humor and her quirky personality. I think people tend to forget that she did have moments where she was genuinely happy. I especially love the drumming clips.

K.T. Tunstall actually wrote this song about Patti Smith. Having said that, I think it really does apply much more to Karen. I'm sure there were many young girls in the '70s who aspired to be like her (because of her music of course).
