All little ones are like that. Some take a little longer to say words that actually make sense. But just say each word as you show her things. Especially food. Like if you give her a banana, say Ba-Na-Na. she migh start with BA and then move to BaNa to mean banana, and before you know it she'll be saying that word. Do the same with everything. Chair, point to a chair. Head, point to your head. She'll catch on.

keep reading to your lil girl. even if you think she's not listening, she's picking up something. use every opportunity to talk to her, describe what you see, when you go shopping, driving in the car, etc. But also, don't put pressure on yourself. She'll eventually speak, if it happens now or in 5 months it really doesn't matter and it's no measure of how good a mum you are. good luck. x

The shapes are distorsioned, so the oval looks like a circle on my computer(?). Wished they would show the shapes a little longer at a time, so my 1.5 year old can learn them quicker. I alrady taught him a few, but it is good to watch them too. He will soon know them all.
