That isn't a problem, it's just a natural coat spot? Why would you EVER want to paint it white?

okay so i have a cocker spaniel mix, and he is good while brushing his back and head, but when i try to brush his legs, (especially the front ones.), he flips out like crazy! iuf anyone has any advice PLEASE help me!
