Stats update: with three songs now charted on this list, Shadow of the Colossus is now tied with its soul brother Ico. Both games kick major ass, by the way. Sadly, the combined total of both games doesn't even break half on the #1 game on this list (Chrono Trigger). More music from Project ICO!

Ueda is staying on in a freelance capacity to help finish the game - so it's not all doom and gloom. It does beg the question though, what is the big hold up? Something was clearly going wrong at Team ICO.

The PS3 is heading for its twilight years (I think PS4 will be on shelves in 2013-2014) and this game has been in development since before the PS3 was launched. That's pretty excessive, even for Ueda.

Beautiful track from Otani for a beautiful game. There's been a lot going on recently with The Last Guardian, Project ICO's next game. The director Ueda left and another person as well so I have to wonder if Sony might have interfered, maybe not too pleased with the game's very slow development. It's a shame though because Team ICO is awesome. It's giving me bad memories of Konami disbanding Team Silent which made the first 4 Silent Hill games.

@nkelly1432 I honestly think SS is a great game, not the best zelda defenitely, but still awesome. What happens recently is in my opinion nothing mor than some flaming trolls leading a bunch of people without own opinion into hating SS, and the most haven't even played it
