@MarlboroShinobi You should check out The Pillows - Something Like a Romance (Living Field) and Girls Don't Cry (Please Mr. Lostman). Both are excellent songs.
Assassin14 has a video for Something Like a Romance, but it looks like no one has uploaded Girls Don't Cry. I will have to fix that.
I believe that is Tatsuya. He was The Pillows bass player (officially labeled "Guest Musician") from 1992-1999. And since Living Field (the album that Girlfriend is from) was released in 1995, and the video was obviously made around this time, it is safe to assume that that is Tatsuya Kashima.
I just tried to search for a picture of Tatsuya to confirm but I can't find any pictures of him, only Sawao, Yoshiaki and Shinichirou.
Haha, I knew he was in this, I was just so surprised to see him... I mean I believe it's the only music video he ever appears in... I'm glad he has a physical appearance to warrant the many years he spent with the pillows. Kashima was a perfect bassist for the pillows during this period.
"Fall in love" with the song right after listening to the soundtrack of the great film "Love Letter". I'm so happy to get to watch the MV here. =)

Living Field and Kool Spice are quickly becoming favorites for me. The new stuff is awesome, but this older stuff has a charm to it.
