  • @gifted4 I think it depends on the person. I go CW and I side invert to my left, but I do a one hand stall to my right o.O. Whatever feels comfortable to you is always best.

  • can you stall side inverts longer than regular inverts?

    cause i was self-taught side inverts and it's easier than regular inverts.

    i see in your video that you can stall side invert long and your regular inverts are short.

    i thought it was just me.

  • @FhakaYu yeah that is true.. haha. some reason, i can hold side inverts much longer than regular inverts. i dont know if its because im so used to them or whatnot lol

  • @breakdancebreakdance its because you gine more power to the one hand so you can balance easier (well at least thats what i think)

  • you should have atleast a decent 4 second hold. if you cant get regular inverts, try to do it against a wall first. if you need anymore tips, just ask. =)

    I'm working on handstands I can get around 1-2 seconds sometimes.

    How long did it take you to get 3-5 second handstands?

  • well, i just practiced for like 10 minutes every other day. it will come to you after about a week of practice if you dedicate yourself to it. just try practicing a handstand on a wall, or try walking.

  • @breakdancebreakdance for handstands i just do 4 or 5 every day, the time i can hold it has increased a lot. i have a good 8 or 9 second handstand now.
