There are a select few who are capitalists -- they can be of any race or gender and exploit the working class just as much as white capitalists. So, I think we all need to unite as workers, but we should also take note of the extreme oppression faced by many minorities (women, blacks, etc.) and let them lead their struggles, but offer them love and support.
