This is probably because Cuba is a Communist party. The government takes care of it. but in America, Your on ur own and free health care is not that good.

The good heath care in Cuba is for turists that can pay with dollars (invertible money). The whole island is practically for turists. Everything there is special for turists. A lot of people get confused with the cubans that go to see their familes and they help their families but the cuban that do not have family to help them are really poor because the goverment pay them very little.

JaJaJa, este wey que le tira a el sistema de salud de cuba, nada mas habla por hablar, nuca ha ido a cuba, el solo cree lo q ve por tele jajaja es un tarado, cuba es actualmente de los que cuenta con los mejores sistema de salud, ahi todos son atendidos, los doctores son muy bien preparados, ESTADOS UNIDOS SOLO VE EL DINERO,deja de lado el lado humano.
