@Shaw52587 I would say the ar-15 is basically a military weapon..Yes i know they dont use the ar 15. US military uses the M4/M16 whatever. But it is almost identical in build, aside from the f/a bolt, carrier and sear/trigger pack. And besides the M4 and M16 are select fire i think.. a lot of guys are probably more proficient with single fire. Anyone can be deadly.. alexv2k7 doesnt understand that no one NEEDS an ar 15. If you can't pay the fine, which most can't, you will serve close to the full 10 years. T.I. probably payed every penny of the $250,000 and therefore only had to serve 1 year.

ultimately a judge decides what to do with an individual( not the State Attorney). In Sept 09, cops came to my house with a warrant and seized my green, my guns, my scales, and my bongs. That night I did not go to jail, but charges were filed that January and I did go to county. In April they not only dropped it from a felony to a misdemeanor, but they judge vetoed what the State Attorney was trying to give me. With that said does that make me a snitch?, even though I said it was mine

@TasMoney870 I'll tell you why. Posses illegal machine guns or silencer has a penalty of 10 years in jail and/or a $250,000 fine. If you can't pay the fine, which most can't, you will serve close to the full 10 years. T.I. probably payed every penny of the $250,000 and therefore only had to serve 1 year.

it don't matter about a minimum, if the judge or cops recommend otherwise that is thrown out the window. if you know anything about the legal system. I've been thru it once. i got busted with a felony amount of green, went 2 jail, got out, went to court and it was reduced to a smaller amount(misdemeanor). i could be in jail right now, but someone was lookin out, didnt the same thing happen to the dude TIP, because a couple of mad rappers or a couple of internet know-it-alls said he's a snitch, .

influence youth . since 04 he hasn't been to jail for drug activity (again). he had guns to protect his family, and has not been in court for any murder beefs. and ur right I(or U for that matter) couldn't get the same sentence, even if i snitched on every d-boy in my city. anyhow the only person(s) he could snitch on would be the gunmen who killed Phil. n i don't think he knew them, they were hecklers @ the club. im not his fam, but I h8 hearin snitch tossed around without proof.

once again, like i said to someone else, the sentence given is up to the judge ultimately. mike vick allegedly slaughtered dogs, was making money off them fighting, and provided a way for others to profit. that is much more violent than having class 3 weapons, grant it he is a convicted felon. in vick's case, he had everyone who supports dogs, including PETA forcing the hammer to come down. when they looked at tip's case what did they see... hitmen with a list including him, and he could...

LOL. No way you can do a year and a day for all that shit. The same sentence as his bodyguard that snT.I.ched on him. No way! His Bodyguard set him up in a sting and he got a year and a day. LOL. Now what did T.I. do? He had to do something similar, equivalent or greater to get the same sentence. And his bodyguard wasnt even a convicted felon.
