We need more Brothers/Sisters to get involved in cases such as yours. Even better we need our COUNCIL to seriously look into the holding companies of our benefits. This is absurd that these corporate mad-men can get away with this. Since when are we as Americans...human being, ok with allowing companies to do this to us. If there is anything at all I can do to help you let me know.
That's pretty sad. Corporations treat people like animals. You have to keep persuing this legally. Find something that will stick in court so the they are legally liable to compensate you for your injury.
