I think it would be even better if it was just the "Why can't we bailout the hungry..." verse in the beginning and end, with a guitar and harp solo in between.
You're really good at the harmonica and I think you'd be able to express the feeling you want to express better with that than words.
(Not saying the lyrics are bad, just that the harmonica can be very powerful when used right)
