Oh it works. A bit tricky to set up but once its dialed in its SWEET! Too tight and it wont engage. Too soft and shock wont engage until late. And the rear has 160mm - 200mm of travel with the MagiLink. Also, all versions of the Coilair have ML. Coilair, Coilair Deluxe and Coilair Supreme. IMO, buy the base and upgrade like I did. Mine is better spec'd than this one and was $1000 less.
nice man, just sold my norco fluid 1 to pick up a coilair deluxe! got to try one one last year and it's a very slick bike! perfect all mountain rig if you wanna get a bit more agressive..
i have the same bike and i love it i do downhill and the bike rides really smooth..you get 7.5 inches of travel when you go downhill caus the magick link adds an extra 1.5inches of travel
