I don't know what this is but I meditated like a year ago and I whent from my body and into this massive area of nothingness it was all bright white light and had nothing there... what happened... I haven't done it since because it scared freaked me out... and it lasted like not even half a minute because it was first time... this if for anyone to reach me. The narration is electronic b/c the guy that teaches this is Russian. The russians are so far ahead of us metaphysical wise. If I were you, I would pay more attention to the message and less attention to the delivery. We are lucky to be getting this for free, we shouldn't complain about petty stuff.

This is a real dimension we all have access to, those who say any negative about is just showing there fear of unknown its funny once it is realized. The voice could be improved on but whateve the info is what matters
