while latd was actually VERY disappointing in terms of gameplay, innovation, setting, story and humor, tbogt is one of my favorite GTA's of all time. It's at least as good as IV, just being too short. It's so damn funny and unlike latd, it offers some kick-ass missions, crazy stuff like you used to know from previous GTA's.
