One good tactic i use is after you take ut the rst 4 guys immediately run to the very back and get out a fulton launcher. you then will eventually see a pack of 4 guys walking toward you. then shoot em with the fulton launcher and reload. throw a supply mk every time you have 1 ammo left. when the captain pops his head out just bombard him with the CG fulton and boom S rank wayy faster took me like 4 minutes using my method. just a suggestion to all those having a hard time ith this mission

It's very easy to S rank Peace Walker Custom without the M47. I did it with the M60 Short Barrel Rank 4 (for when he uses the EM wave thingy and you can't shoot rockets), the Law, and the Carl Gustav Rank 5. Bring a Supply Marker, try to avoid most of his attacks and you should be done in about 10-15 mins. Extremely easy.

Do you have to wait until the AH56A goes above/behind the trees to go out in the open? The reason I ask is because I often get randomly caught by the AH56A when I go in the open, and the soldiers swarm me.

It's only worth it when combined with the bandana, other than that rank 5 C. Gustave, and LAW are your best rocket launchers.

The strategy without the M47 and bandana is similar to this anyways. Just smoke grenade the incoming reinforcements and then hold them up+fulton. Easy pickings. Enjoy.

@SiNiST3R3X Ive done the AP scan TONS, like i brought i psp to uni and got like 100 ppl from this program, and the only good ppl i got were for medical and food, i didnt get ANY good combat ppl, ive heard its to do with heroism, ive only got 39k, how much heroism do i need to get combat ppl?

OMG! THANK YOU for the tutorial, i dont know what i wouldve dont without it. i did this on my first try and i got it at 7:05! i threw the soldiers in the beginning off the cliff, then i just did what u did w/ the mines. but people here may have a problem... without bandana. what i did after i ran out of fulton mines, i threw a smoke, got into my assassin's box and knocked each and every one of them out, one by one. then i used fulton recovery and k.o.ed the commander! it was so EASY!

what's the time needed to complete this mission with a S rank? i managed to fulton 20 soldiers with the fulton mine. & the remaining 8, I used fulton recovery. I tranquilize the pilot as shown on your vid, but I kept getting an A rank

actually, i dont learn anything from this vid, cause the only reason to get s rank from this mission is M47, and the reason to get M47 is to beat PW custom s rank for the bandana, but u used the bandana for this mission, then what the point

WOW almost makes me not want to tell you HOW easy it is to do it without the Bandanna, but Im too nice.... 5 Fulton mines = 20 Soldiers Extracted, 13 Fultons brings the Total to 33, to get the last 3, you Chuck the First set of Soldiers off a cliff (hint hint) If you want to LEARN how Its displayed in the video for Extra Ops 106. Just toss the FIRST set of Guards off the Cliff, that brings the total of Soldiers to 32, you got a Fulton to spare.......

i couldnt help but notice you were using the action type control. i think that the shooter type is better and faster. i started out using the action type, but after some boss battles i tried shooter and i feel that it works much better.

check out my vid for extra ops 102, it will show you how to get 36 soldiers without the Bandanna using the Fulton Cannon, its a Land Vehicle Battle, but the principle is the same.

If you got good CQC Skillz you can Smoke the first guards and CQC them off the cliff, you have to be fast to keep em close enough to the edge (Haven't tried it on the first set, but for ops when the chopper drops them off, when they drop they are close enough.) Good Luck!

Great use of the Fulton Mine. However I thought that it was easier to plant it at the spawn point where the enemies would just step on it as they enter the area, since they enter in groups of fours and in single file, then quickly plant a new mine after they trigger the last one.

the Harder vehicles battles either require 28 or 32 Men be Extracted, If its 32 you need the Gustave Fulton Cannon to the last few. Make sure they are on the ground praying before you use it or it will get you detected.
