i have just downloaded an alpha sound file, and i thought it was damaged, but it seems that it was really alpha sound :)

I don't feel more relaxed and clear, it just makes my head hurt and the visuals are..oh. Oh. Wait, it kind of works.

Turn down the volume till you can barely hear it -I recommend headphones- ,close your eyes and make yourself comfortable...
and i lifted my hand and healed a dolphin come on. theta or Tetra?

It helps me focus, and its weird, once i listen to it, i just go relaxed and i can focus better
