Cool Lancair! I am currently refurbishing a Great Planes Lancair fuselage that has a damaged firewall. I'd love to get the details of your retract installation (and some photos if you have any). I am going to do an electric conversion on this one (I already have another two-stroke Lancair). I plan to cut and hinge the gull wing doors to allow easy access to the battery packs. What motor are you using on yours?
