watch "Run from the Cure" it's on youtube.. and it talks a lot about how our government profits from our health and dietary problems (Specifically health in this case. but the diet/fashion industry are in bed and do the same thing)
no, fuck that be extreme. If you hav a health problem that sugar exacerbates, you have to be extreme. I have diabetes. It wasn't long ago i had to give up sugar and for the longest time i craved weird things like toothpaste.
it is addictive. Your country (and mine too sadly) want us to be fat, sick and addicted. There is rumored to be a cure for cancer (discovered by a guy who lives near me) He's in prison now. I'm not a conspiracy theorist normally.. but they want us sick. It's money, baby.
they ARE pumping our foods with this garbage. Even "healthy" packaged foods are very bad for you. (Just as bad as junk) So why buy it? They put the information on the labels, after all. Why is this so hard for people? And why are they so confused when they eat this garbage and then suffer health problems as a result? Are people just unwilling to accept that if it's salty or sugary tasting, it's going to be astronomically bad for you?
What a nice update...thank you for sharing so honestly! This journey is just crazy, learning so many new things about ourselves and progressing more and more...that's the good life! Keep up the great work!
I quit all artificial sweeteners before surgery - now I only use Stevia - but keep it to a one drink per day minimum. I actually do notice the difference, Stevia doesn't make me hungry like artificial sweeteners do.
Such a great revelation about your wedding dress though - what an exciting time for you :)
Great update and I have been struggling with alot of snacking and not eating as carefully and that's what I decided this week I am making sure that there are whole healthy foods to eat in my frige like tomatoes, cucumbers, pineapple, strawberries.
You are so beautiful Katie and have come so far .. I think you can do anything you set your mind to and you will be beautiful on your wedding day ... revel in the moment girl and forget all the rest!
You can SO do it girl!! -- I notice when I eat carbs/sugar... I CRAVE them more. So I try to stay away from them, because it's just a totally vicious cycle!! SO glad to see vids from you!! I've missed ya! ♥
Wow you are back! :) I remember quitting all sweeteners and I was low carb so not alot of fruit even and thinking that even fresh baby string beans had a sweet taste!
Yeah, I have the humungo bag of dark chocolate peanut M&Ms on top of the fridge. Because, you know, antioxidants and protein!
So good to see you! Enjoy your wedding and all that leads up to it. Know that things will go wrong, but it will still be perfect because you get to marry your love. Yay!
