king mickey in kingdom hearts birth by sleep is even more of a hero than this one. King mickey actually talks and holds a keyblade. :)

Yeah, but Mickey isn't the main focus in that series, only a side character. And Keyblade or Brush, they're all just different tools for Mickey's heroics.

This game's really getting closer to the type of adventurer he was decades ago, though both franchises have done a lot to help Mickey's image recently.
