Each of the BCFD administrative staff is commissioned by the Bossier City Marshall's Office. They are authorized to have blue lights in their department vehicles.

u sure man? i asked j.wyatt and he said that only law enforcement agencies can have blue lights. maybe they were BCFD, but maybe arson investigators. they go through the police academy to. My dad is an SFD captain/paramedic.
