  • Wrong.. You need to cook out the dry spices so frying them gently in the butter works better.. Then add spinach and then the prawns.. The prawns in this dish where way over cooked..

    Then you should have dusted the monk with the spices before frying.

    The yoghurt?

    You should have blitzed the corriander through the yoghurt to make a sauce..

    Green and fresh!!

    Just a thought.
