i trashpicked the box along with the card then i plugged it in and i got all the channels. i have had digital cable tv before but i have ended my subscription and had none when this was recorded. The lock for what you can and cant see is in the card. Its just an question how you multiply cards :P

I saw this ad where one company is selling a descrambler box where you can view local channels which below channel 100 on the box. It seem that if you can get those then you should be able to get the rest if you understand the electronics.
