I made some yesterday and it's so good! I like to eat it with fresh sliced cucumbers and mixed greens dipped in Vietnamese Nouc Mam Cham. Delish!

Kimchi is really handy to any kind of recipes. I can mix them on noodles as well. Pancake is somehow new to me but I did tried and just great. I love the result. Thanks!

It was the water and kimchi juice from kimchi .

If you don't want to add some kimchi juice then you can skip that and add some more water~~

No, because most pancake mixes include milk. You should use the Korean pancake mix.
