The bankai sword was awesome. I agree that the underpad stuff was really odd. Kinda getting adjusted to it. Jinjo's bankai was useless and if Ichigo would have manned it up, the whole lot of those xcution members would be trashed and dead without having to get the others involved. Silly Ichigo.
i personly think that what we saw in this chapter is not the end of ichigos power. everytime his sword or power transforms he has to take a trip to his inner self so i think there will something like another bankai training. if his soul reaper power grows so does his hollow powers

Aizen became the villain while he was dead and without having done anything other than writing a letter, so don't rule Ukitake because he's sick. Ichigo doesn't think Ukitake is evil. He accepted that being a loose cannon means having SS watch your every move. So I don't know what exactly is going to happen, but they're not going to fight because of this.

I like zangetsu's new shikai sword form, but the new bankai sword/outfit combo, plus the crap on ichigo now, is just plain retarded. I still love bleach, im still a fan, but i like the original bankai, better, thats just my oponion on the subject.

It just dawned to me that maybe that is Ginjo's main sets of powers? The ability to steal (absorbs) ones powers and use it against his opponent? That probably explains why he is able to use bankai in his human form, and not shingami. The chapter was ok but not the best.
I actually don't mind the clothing either. You aren't the only one who seems to have a problem with it so I wonder why I don't mind it. Maybe because it was atleast an upgrade from his plane looking pre-timeskip bankai.
