When a Cop ask you to step out of the Car, you do not sit in there and say you didnt do anything wrong. Soon as you plead your case the Cops see that youre gonna be a problem. Obey what the Cops say and you can debate your case later on. do as they ask people! Simple! @jessestylex It's not a case of whether or not the guy resisted arrest, it's about the secondary units showing up on the scene and kicking a suspect in the head repeatedly and tazing him repeatedly. This is a clear cut case of excessive force, and that's coming from a cop. The guy kicking the suspect in the head at the 55 second mark, after 3 officers had already been in punching the man repeatedly in the face, needs to find another line of work.

He is an awesome person and very well respected. This news clip fails to mention all of the awards he has received in the four years he's been on the force. If you watch the video Officer Walker doesn't use excessive force. Rather the other Officers may have, but they don't mention their names.

I watched this frame by frame first officer tried to take suspect down,and suspect fought the officer,officer did not hit suspect,he was trying to cuff him,this was a big guy officer alone,at any time suspect could have stopped fighting,but he did not until overwhelmed by force,and even then he fought.
