I have yet to meet the military that carries them around as standard....armour piercing bullets exist too. as do quite a number of other things that would be quite effective against a robot. but this seems to be a security robot, not military. why would a burglar or similar be carrying an EMP grenade? or in fact expect to come across a vacuum cleaner carrying a net? :P
