I love the grungy sound that they have here and in other songs like spitting games. The "If it look like it works" line and ect. I think talks about relationships that fail when nothings actuly wrong.

Final Straw doesn't have even ONE bad song, the only song i'm tempted to skip is "run" because it's too overplayed. The transition of "wow" to "gleaming auction" to "whatever's left" is out of the world. Best trio in an SP album.

Superb album. For a while I thought music was a past almost forgotten experience for me, having seen Sabbath in 73 complete with Ozzy first time round, and early seventies bands like Hawkwind, Purple and Floyd. Then along came the band Garbage and also Snow Patrol. To me Final Straw is absolutely magical - a musicfest paradise.
