I'm attending one right now, the 15-18 one. Unlike our actual team coaches, these guys actually teach you important things. They'll run drills that you've never even heard of, and they'll help you to improve on things that you need work on. And the coaches are top notch, mine already nutmegged me 3 times in 2 days! If theres a camp around your area I highly recommend going.
