The S600 is no where being close to the AMG. I'm not talking power, but everything else. V12 vs. V12 wise, the difference between a S600 and an S65 AMG is huge, that's why the S600 only cost $150K and the S65 AMG cost over $200K. A package is just a marketing strategy, providing body kit, badge and lights, it has nothing to do with what the car really offer. So no, it's not OK to put the badge on the Sport package S600 and call it an AMG just because it has "the package".
