I'm sure its possible. The PS2 release comes with a superplay. You have to have over 1000 energy at the end of every level. I screwed up a lot at the beginning.

Oh man, I made the mistake of getting to the very end and I couldn't continue! so pissed! :)

I agree about best looking scaling sprite game, great use of triple 68k's. Hardware uses no tiles at all, amazing!

If you like scaling hardware I recommend you check out Galactic Storm (Taito Corporation 1992) it's crazy!
