Hard to say. I think this guy in his current form has better combo potential then regular smoke, if regular smoke didnt have his reset. If they gave regular smoke a spear it would make him god like for combos!

Im using the current patch of the game. classic smoke makes no sound when he throws his spear, he also has no EX moves..
