In my opinion, this is not black metal at all.

i don't think this band has ever claimed to be a black metal band,they have said they are a death thrash band,,,,some record companies labeled anal vomit as a black thrash but the members despise that label. anal vomit is a band that started in 92 as a grind death band but after two demos and chage of member their style changed a little to a more death thrash sound. furthermore, tonyn the drumer was a member of hadez back in 86, so you can imagine his roots in metal. A.V. is tonyn brain child.

I'd say that the "From Peruvian Hell" EP was the closest thing to black metal this band has ever done, but they really are more of a death/thrash band. They do have some South American style black metal influences in the music as well though. This song is fucking killer, my favorite from the new record
