This doesn't not warrant a fight, Diaz brothers don't understand what loyalty means, they think it just means jumping anyone that you feel shows the slightest sign of disrespect.
That stems from insecurities.
When Diaz was up there insulting GSP did GSP go beat him up? no.
When Chael was insulting Silva, did Silva go beat him up? no.

1. Jake first smiled at Miller and was going to say something, then Diaz pushed Miller. This is all because of Nick can't control himself. Kudos to Shields for not jumping in. Yea shields pushed Miller but that was when he was protecting Nick and tried separating the two.

@RyanDavis2306 Which of course conveniently ignores the fact that the Diaz brothers learn to hit to maximize pain and minimize damage... which is why so many fights they have are an endurance match that end with a decision, a knock out (caused by the opponent being gassed from many many punches, not the power of any single one punch) or a submission. Look at the fights they've been in and the condition they've left their opponents. No broken bones or permanent damage...
