While visually "The Price" may have been one fo the bloodiest episodes of Xena: Warrior Princess, Xena herself killed only three of The Horde's warriors here.
I liked the part near the end where she fights the giant leader one on one, man vs. woman for all the marbles. She whips his butt soundly and winds up nearly killing him with her bare hands - then releases her strangle hold and throws him in the dirt. What an AMAZON :-)
DEFINATLEY one of my all time favorite Xena episodes, right up those with the Callisto eps. Thanks for the trip back in time. Man, I need to go out and buy this series...
gahh this episode freaks the hell out of me. well only the beginning and the end with the leader. i just got done watching the episode and it was crazy seeing Xena how she was in the old dayss.
