@Mohakram after a while playing the campaign brucie will text u that his friend stevie needs some cars and he will send them to you so u can go get em and then u this. but u need to have passes all of brucies missions first

@Mohakram you have to finish all the of the Brucie's missions plus you have to complete all of his car deliveries (from the mail in the internet cafe`). When you are done with all these missions, Brucie will call you and will ask you to deliver the cars for Stevie who will send you text messages from time to time giving you little hints on how you can reach the target vehicles.
