This guy thrives on sycophants who don't know they are the subject of his joke. Misanthropic elitist, I mean c'mon don't people realize he's fucking with them. He should start identifying himself as a Misanthropic Elitist Hedonist or Meh
for all the rumors and such about hwo bad he is, probably started as a prank by boyd himself, he was a very nce guy when i met him in houston in the 90s
Boyd Rice says this is a FOUR HOUR documentary, edited down from about 300 hours of footage. He says it should be released June or July. THIS year, folks.
this trailer was done in the same style as the original trailers for 'a clockwork orange' - I'm guessing they used the same music for a clockwork orange, which is warners. thats my best guess.
@XMxOxRxSX I thought that was a classical piece popularized by a Clockwork Orange, played only once when Alex (Malmcom McDowell) was fucking the two chicks he met in the record store.
I thought theme song for the movie if it had any would be the sort of ambient Moog like music played at the very beginning of the movie, when it opens with Alex, Georgie, Dim, and Pete, drinking their drugged milk in the milk bar.
This song was used in the original 1971 trailer, but does that make it a theme
I'm really looking forward to this. I've got "Standing in Two Circles: The Collected Works of Boyd Rice" coming in the mail, and I can't wait to watch this documentary as well. Boyd is a fascinating, intelligent, and well-spoken man, and truly deserving of his own documentary.
Next year. Well, at least he's put the camera down and is now deep into editing it. But releasing a trailer midst much hullaballoo over a year before the film's release? Not such a smart move maybe. I'm sure it'll be good. Hopefully not to much blab from unconsequential talking heads . . . .
If you think title is all there is to this, there is a whole lot more. Boyd Rice is a fascinating enigmatic man; Wessel is the perfect filmmaker to capture his sorties.
You would be a fool to miss this one, because Rice is the future. Thank you for the post.

Audio removed by WMG. Who, as far as I know, does not own the music of Boyd Rice, which I assume was the audio here...

Is this movie EVER coming out?

No offence to anyone, but I find Larry Wessel a hell of a lot more interesting than Boyd Rice.
