@theawesomeness505 Ok, my Controller config is classic so sorta like X is to go, Square to Stop and etc.

I do Brake, Hold Clutch, Shift Down and Hold accelerate so pretty much it's heel toe and then I turn the other car the other and give throttle control.

the heel toe technique is efficient, that is if you use manual w/clutch. your speeding to a corner, suddenly you brake, and if your 86 can rev up to 10000rpm or more, shift down to 1st gear, keep your finger on the clutch button till the car is angled, let go of it and shift back up to 2nd gear, this will let the car slide around the corner. Its best to get as close to the guardrail as possible without hitting it. Once you've made the exit shift up to 3rd gear. Technical footwork is vital.

I do the exact opposite and give the suspensions are steady (close to stiff). The 86 takes advantage of its lightness as in weight. What you want to before tuning the 86 is to get rid of all the unnessary Weight at the front of the car, and focus on the rear of the car for its launch. Normally, i would experiment on different chassis and engine swaps. You want the car to rev high, as this is an advantage on the mountain as there are corners you can dominate.

when initiating a drift u need to get the timing right for the car to swing around the corner, normally what i do for the setup is a bit different. Many people think that giving the 86 a light tune is the best way. For example, the Springs are softer for the car to slide rather than balancing the power of the car.

for the ae86 if ur making it 240 hp, then you have to ur specs like this, Race Throttle Bodies and Manifold , Race Valves, Street Displacement, Race Compressions, Race Flywheel, Race Clutch, Racing Brakes , Street Transmission, Race LSD, Semi racing weight reduction, and normal tires but if u want the car to slide more, use racing tires. i have the ABS off
