  • Genius. My favourite track when we used to hit the techno clubs in Cleveland in 1991. This and Dominator of course.

  • First time I heard this track I was with some friends at a nightclub. My friend turned to me and shouted: "THIS TRACK! THIS TRACK IS GOD!"

  • A thing of beauty.......

  • I cannot belive that i am sat here as a 35 year old with goose bumps poking through my t-shirt having all the memories brought back to me by listening to this tune!!!! Oh my fukin god!!!! This tune used to get played a free parties in the New Forest outside bournemouth back in the day where as 16 year olds we were free of any responsiblity other than gettin off our tits! Long live the OldSkool and tunes like this one :) R&S certainly knew how to crank 'em out!!!

  • Yipppeeeeeeeee....found it at last:)) VORTEX!!!!

  • One of the true originals that started the acid / tance movement great track and great original copy as well 2 thumbs up 8 PLUSS RECS nice label

  • I didnt fully into this track until I heard it a few times. Now Its constantly in my head playing everywhere. That analog bass sequence gets me mental, mental in a good way! beats 99 percent of modern music. Id dare say this is more musical than most new pop music. :P

  • Not bad.

  • All the peeps who listen to that gay Clubland shite would shit themselves if they heard this.

  • fav choooon ever mr dove loves this 8-)

  • This song gives me nightmares, but I still love it.

  • Not music? This is the best it gets, believe me playing along side great djs of all kinds, grooverider, hype, the early 90's it was rinsed, where it all started, even seen hype scratch it to bits at the astoria, say no more.

  • I have this and a bunch of Classic Techno Records, was thinking of listing them for sale on ebay! That's if anyone is interested and is looking for this kind of stuff on vinyl! Let Me Know!

  • TOP CHOON BY MR.BELTRAM!HEARD IT FIRST AT THE REZ AT THE TOON! GOOSE BUMPS! 8-)

  • I am sorry but this is NOT music!! THIS TRACK IS LIKE SARA PALIN, YOU LOVE IT OR YOU HATE IT,

This is a MaSTerPieCe and I am proud to own it on Vinyl. You actually can spin it backwards and it still sounds awesome......

  • I think this is a track meant to be played through a proper PA so the bass blows the roof of your head off. ;) Great old stuff though.

  • this sucks hard cock!

and i don't like cock sucking things!

  • @discovery1021

I like almost every record MISTER-AMD puts up here on youtube. but you are right about this track. Definitly not feeling it. Even a little bit annoying

  • @DazzlingDwild This is in my opinion the greatest tune of all time! Its got everything. I remember 5 of us in a car 20 years ago first heard it, and when it finished we where speechless, in shock at what we just heard, ok we where off our tits but im not now and im still blown away by the sheer genius of it!

  • @nelly13tube

hmmm. I listened the track again....

And I still thinks this record sucks bigtime. Even more then the first time I heard it.

    Just my 2 cents

  • @DazzlingDwild That's part of the point. Turn it up loud if you want to piss your neaighbours off.

    Great tune!

  • this sucks dick??

haha, maybe u need more than an open mind for this one.

maybe amind full of Acid and/or E and trust me this track will take you to oblivion and back.

Hearing it again and again just brings back those awesome memories of the rave days of the 90's :)

  • the world best song ever

  • I wouldn't call it the best but it is daaaaaamn good

  • When I heard This in song in the winter of 1991, I lost interest in anything else. Was and still is the best techno track ever produced!

  • To the World Crier: I am still waiting. Perhaps not as easy as you thought?

  • whoooweee !!!

    ...serious flashbacks dude...

  • incredible one of the best

  • sure man. I produce electronic music since 1993.

It was very hard to do, or IMAGINE this stuff on those years. People does not notice that being innovative is the hardest challenge of being an artist, specially on music.

When final exposure made this track, it was experimenting with new ways of using the synthesizers and machines.

Today sounds simple, but now, these producers are the bases of the modern underground music.

read: Generation Ecstasy, from simon reynolds

  • ive just started using ableton trying to recreate old skool style techno, any tips or advice on what vst's and effects to use?

  • daddygerald, you are simple fuckin ignorant. that's all.

One thing is doing "music" with your crappy software now, and other thing is doing this with hardware synths several years ago. Same thing you can say with all electro 80ies music, and that does not mean that's bad music. When this track was released, broke all the rules and was innovative.

Better get a little bit of music culture before talking about something you don know, you sound like a retard.

  • Couldn't agree more.

Th shit you knock up in your garage will be rubbish next week. This still fucking rocks nearly 20 years later.

  • class, a bloody masterpiece!

  • Anyone who describes themselves as a "house, techno, trance guy" .. almost certainly has a whistle around his neck.. and waves glow sticks.. what a fucking whopper.

  • Ah but there ya have it, software and probably a whole lot of other stuff you have access to, that these producers did not have back in '91, context or perhaps I should say CONTEXT ;-)

  • total crap. you are talking total shit its a fucking masterpiece you twat

  • Funny kid. Let's play the Muppets Theme with your Fruity Loops and don't talk about classics.

  • R&S Records......Made in Belgium !

  • Published by R & S, but made in Detroit :)

  • R&S and Detroit rules ! :-))

  • get on to equinox-pulzar. finally found a tune or two that comes close to this and theres more like this its just finding them

  • Got both of them yes you're right its just finding all these hard tunes from back in the day it cud take you 10 years, there's that many!

  • amazing. one of my fav techno tracks of all time. have it on vinyl too but i no longer have a record player to play it.

  • now that's what am talkin about!!

  • Wicked!!!! Has anyone got Psychosis?

  • Classic and absolutely wicked ;)

  • lol one of my first records I bought, nice to hear it again thx!!

  • i'm crying!!!

  • top track !!!

    number 1

  • Class tune, just played it in my last set at local festival, mental track!

  • aaaaahhhhhh the memories!! pure madness!!

  • Still the maddest track ever in my view... reminds of mad nights at the orbit @ morley.

  • Yeah, yeah, more of this please? Why do they have tospil good basslines with too high pitched noises and vovals these days?

  • This 17 years old ya daft bitch.

  • Do it then. Do better than this., I am waiting.

  • you cant. but plazmatix activate your souls had a go

  • My favourite techno track ever, I first heard this on John Peel's radio show back in 1991 when I was into metal, I think that was a pivotal moment for me.

  • Sick acieeed

  • this is one of the most brilliant tracks ever I brought 2 vinyl copies when it came out one is still in mint condition a true brain twister.

  • dj nipper bridlington

  • when Hawtin met Beltram and Mundo Muzique!! what I really don't understand is how after this true masterpiece they never released something together again when both of them were(Richie,Joey) building up their career at that stage! I can't even imagine how many "legends" this duo could produce!!

  • Oooo damn, favo. Played it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

    People got really mad :P.

  • Got this on the final exposure EP STOMPIN!!!

  • classic wicked tune 5/5

  • Been trawlin' Youtube for me fave tracks from me youth and i have to say this is one fuckin stands out.
