I know you have said that this type of training is not for people 100kg's plus overweight, but i was wondering is it worth doing for people like me ( 30kg overweight) or would you recommend a more general cutting back on calories and more exercise to get in a position to attempt the 5 week challenge?
@armbar hey armbar, I weigh 109kg and asked pj if I could do it. He posted back to me saying absolutely ! what he meant was it's not for people who are example 160kg+ overweight, or people who are extremely obese ! His reply to my question is on his twitter page. my name is gazmanz. have a look ! Hope this info helps you. Gaz
Definitely notice a major change in the latest video (day 20). Excellent work!! Obviously you lean up for a photo shoot but on average where abouts is your body fat%? And will you be modelling again? Looking forward to the next video. Great inspiration!
Looking good man. I'm 90kg atm and going to do what you are doing. But changing my eating habbits is probably one of the hardest thing I have ever done. But my question is: How much are you spending on food a week? I mean now a days it's more expensive to buy healthy food than unhealthy.
Thanks for the videos, PJ, excellent stuff. Cardio related question: I do heavy weights 4 times a week to bulk up. Before, I'd have done cardio 4 times a week - hence why I want to bulk up a bit. t How much, and what sort of cardio related exercises would you recommend per week?
It felt like I had to do some serious cardio to get rid of that last bit of pudge around the mid-riff, but have read you don't want to do too much cardio as you'll burn the muscle you've gained.
hey PJ ... sssooooo .... Why all this water loading if it's just gonna increase water weight?? sorry, but i'm gettin' kinda frustrated here cuz i can hardly even finish a gallon of water ... it's making me feel bloated and sluggish bro. If i can understand Why, then i can push myself to drinking more water. Thanks.
I'm trying to gain some weight because im kind of skinny, and I want to gain some muscle mass. . . . any tips?
