I've found there to be other's who were turned away from Aiptek's customer service in the same exact manner. I know this because they sent me mail directly wanting to remain anonymous rather than post here. No, my projector never worked after one day.
Hyperlux- I'm sorry to hear that; there must have been some sort of confusion or mis-communication. I've NEVER heard of an RMA service taking two months. Please email me if you get a chance and I'll coordinate service for you ASAP. Just let me know. Again though, I'm really sorry that I'm just learning of this, we probably could have had your unit back to you already! -Aiptek
Don't buy the Aiptek pocket cinema V10. I bought one and it stopped working after a day. I contacted customer service at Aiptek. Even though the unit was just purchased, they would not replace the unit, only repair. They said it would take two months to return the unit in working order. BEWARE!
