I used to walk by there when I lived in rush city(now in sandstone) I was wondering WHY it has taken so long to demo it? creepy building.

I have fond memories of going to this Dairy Queen as a youth during the 70's. To me, Denny was very creepy. Not an engaging man to be running an ice cream store. Other than telling you how much your ice cream cost, I don't recall him ever speaking.
