you guys are silly. I've got one with an A14 engine with just 11 more hp and I can make it drift like this all day then run a 100 mile round trip on 2 gallons. I love everything about it.
@vagrantr same i had one with a A14 and it was a huge improvement over the A12 all u had to do was go round a round a bout and plant it in 1st and it would slide out easy and after replacing the rear drum pads and adjusting the handbrake it was the best handbrake i had ever used
hahahaha lol! Datsun 120y? a rally car? I cant understand what makes you say that. rally cars dont have 2 tons of steel body and only 69 horsepower and it has got drum brakes. It has 4 (and a reverse) gears. Rally car, huh? My family has been stuck with this car for more than 18 years and we still have it. Trust me, it is NOT a rally car. It drives like a bus on flat wheels
:D did'nt you get it? it was a joke :D and it depends on a culture too. To us Finns it doesn't matter what car you have as long it is RWD and slides beautifully on snowy roads and ice tracks it's a rally car :D. At summer it is what it is... but as long as you got a handbrake you can try :D
You're lucky to be a finn. I've heard they are the best drivers in the world. I'm sure you can also make a RWD tractor drift and (hopefully) upload its video here
Well, we are just into motorsports. And finlands "best drivers" start car racing at 6-7 years old :D But i don't know am i very lucky to be born in finland. Cold sucks you know :D
@maniacmobster yea im sure its that light because it has no stupid safety feature crap like todays cars and other stupid electronics its how a car should be all mechanical plus the engine + gbox only weight like 90 kilos
@0866aikon theres quite a few differences like 120y has front disk brakes where as 1200 has drum and they have different body shape etc 120y is a little bit more modern then the 1200

iv never had a go of a 1200 but i got a 1500 engine in mine and just beat a supra on 18psi boost to 100kph yesterday lol its a beast
