I see your chalk board says drink new wine which thanks to your show I have been. Including a GSM.  I never knew exactly what to expect from Grenache until your descriptions. With the price of wines it is too easy to stick to what we know. I opened it 3 hours before pouring and at first I did not like it at all. It seemed very awkward and tasted like dandelion Over the next 2 hours it changed I guess it needed 5 hours to breathe. Would decanting it help this process?
