hey man,ive been on the weight loss wanting thing for a bit.what i have done is just get out everyday,swimming or running with my kid,just anything helps,30 minutes of exercize is awesome to the body,no matter what youre doing,even so,you will sleep better.i know,im an insomniac..it really helps.nice to see someone that looks good as is,trying to get better..keep up the good work..and above all youll have to say gbye to the doritos..unfortunately
You should swim for exersise, It is a lot of fun (if you can find a team or someone to swim with) I have been swimming for years and It is the best cardio workout you will ever get.
