  • I love ALFA ROMEO but GT 2009 3.2 CC have 240 HP and BMW M3 E36 1996 3.2 CC have 320 HP WHY ? :(

  • @giorgosmercury22 probably cause it's a different engine oô ... i think the bmw is turbocharged

  • @Terrorfonzo no it's not

  • @giorgosmercury22 hmmm ... i thought it was ... well i don't know then oO ... it's just a different engine... just look at the Mazda RX-8, it's a 1.4 L but has 236 HP ... oô ...

  • Fagazzon Exhaust System.

  • The V6 Busso engine is a work of art ( Busso was an ex G.P Ferrari engineer), legend.

  • very nice! we have a 147 but had work done on it.lowered, induction kit, engine remap and the sports exhaust. you have a lovely car it sounds raw! i may up load a vid you can see ours? spot on!

  • i have now 2 of them!!! and im soooo Happppy!! both 3.2V6

  • god i fucking love this car! ALFA RULES

  • Alfa nut reporting for duty!

Unfortunately, I'm 25 years old so when I tend to get laughed at when I request an insurance quote for the 3.2V6 GT / 147 GTA :(

However, I test drove the 2.4L Diesel Brera last Sautrday and fell in love... and I can afford to insure it. Currently driving a 147 1.6TS so it'll be a nice upgrade for me this Summer 8-)

  • This is not Alfas V6 it´s Chryslers, the last car with the Alfa V6 was the 147 GTA

  • @rmcld

If you don't know what you are talking about then better to be quiet. GT was still with the legendary busso.

  • @6002CEW you´re right! i always tought the opposite because this one is much cheaper as a used car than the 147 GTA, well, i´d be praising you by now, but then you had to act like a big shot fag didn´t you... ;)

    thx for the info, deuces.

  • @rmcld you are Wrong... still Busso There!

  • @alfa1t5 yes ppl told me already, thx anyway, forza Alfa

  • Non mi piaciono per nulla gli scarichi che escono in obliquo... Ottima l'idea di sdoppiare ma io avrei scelto degli scarichi più semplici orizzontali! Comunque.... Alfa sempre!

  • alfa romeo regna!!

  • alfa gt la piu bella

  • does the exhaust on this video have the silencers or no silencers??

  • MAGNIFIQUE!!!

  • too true aquil8.... this engine is the dogs, when they put it in the gt had to have one!, dont even listen to the stereo when driving as the sound is mechanical music any certainly better than some japan effort if im honest..italian all the way!!! shame they have replaced it to save money

  • @happyfast007

I agree with you to an extent. I also own a GT and its a brilliant sounding engine with lots of great character.

However I used to own a (and still miss my) Honda S2000. Honda's engines produce better numbers, HP/torque per litre, ecomony, rpm etc and the sound these free revving engines produced was also magnificent. The busso engine was replaced not to save money but because it was aging. Shame they choose to outsource as the next gen true Alfa engines would have been great.

  • @happyfast007 ; Replaced the V6 Busso due to ever stricter emmission targets and engines like this work of art

might never be seen again on any mass produced sporting family car, shame.

  • I forgot..

I am the lucky owner of a very sexy alfa GT 3.2, and I know what am I talking about

  • The 3.2 V6 is well known to be one of the best engines ever.

If you don't know what you are talking about then better if you keep your mouth closed.

  • So, this is very interesting. You have never driven an alfa GT 3.2 by yourself and you think you can judge? I really don't care, I think your reply is not exactly "intelligent".

    First drive one then speak!

  • Suuuuuure, very nice comparison between an Alfa Romeo GT and an NSX.

  • 2jzgtejza80:thas you drive an alfa 3.2 v6 to tell that you agree.Man alfa is the best

  • @aquil8 you mean THIS V6 or all V6??? because V6 ist V6... vor example: hondas nsx has 280ps and tuned it goes up to 360 with his V6 ;-) Do that to this alfa and the engine will last 5 hours

  • @gpower88

    exhilarating! lol

thank you, it was a long time I didn't laugh that much

  • @gpower88 Hey asshat, i think you underestimate the potential of the Alfa Arse V6. try this on for size, bored and stroked to 3.7 this beast will crank out 440hp depending on who builds it. also no shitty Vtec. Forza Italia!

  • @PontiacAlfaHSV

C32B from NSX is constructed to work with Rear Wheel Drive, not like Alfa with V6 on FWD, and finally, Alfa have some good engines, but V6 in NSX producing 290 bhp from same displacement, and after tuning like ARTA, Amuse, J'S Racing, producing about 350-360 bhp from same displacement NATURALLY.

Japanese Super GT NSX producing 500 bhp from 3.5 L.

Have a nice day. Good bless you and yours Alfa.

  • @gpower88 Autodelta makes a kit to bring this engine to 422hp and it works fine

  • @Xenos105

    Naturally aspirated or Turbocharged?

  • @aquil8

3,2V6 in this Alfa is GM block fiddled in Alfas kitchen. The real deal is old 2,5 and 3L Busso engines and they are one of the best mass production engines ever.

And, sorry to say but Hondas are for old people, boring cars. NSX is legacy from Senna, something different are only 2000S and TypeR but the rest of a range is easy to forget in a parking lot or to mix with Toyota, Nisan or VW cars.

  • @wilderNS

The GT is the last alfa to mount the latest evolution of the V6 "Busso" engine. You can find this information everywhere, maybe even in wikipedia.

The cars which mounted the GM block were the 159, the Brera and the new Spider.

  • @aquil8 Incorrect. Sorry, but this is the GM Block. If you want a Coupe with the Arese V6, you have to get a GTV.

  • @Hakkera12

I am simply schocked about the ignorance outside:

i found the right information even in wikipedia...

And I own two of them too, furthermore I am in 3 alfa owner clubs.

So i won't reply to any further stupid incompetent comment.

    Kind Regards

  • @aquil8 I am simply shocked at the militant nature of your posts. Fine, I looked it up and you're correct, but that doesn't stop you being an arsehole. The internet is about free-speech and researching things, in this case, I was incorrect. I had read somewhere that they used the GM block in this car, and obviously that was wrong. My advice to you is be a little more tolerant, and stop going round Youtube acting as if you are the complete authority on anything. Do one.

  • @Hakkera12

I simply like people who know what they are talking about, anyway you are touchy and suscetible "lol". Have a nice Christmas

  • search for "Alfa Romeo V6 engine" on wikipedia

    or inform yourself!!

  • @aquil8

    hell yes!! alfisti for life!!

  • @aquil8

Why is it the best engines ever?

  • @aquil8 I dissagree massively it was bought from GM and was too heavy and lacking in torque, the 2.5L V6 made by alfa had 10hp less but was lighter, faster and sounded the nuts. the 3.2 is ok but nothing more. there new 1750 is spot on just lacks the noise

  • @randombloke10 please inform you! 3.2 V6 on GT is busso , on alfa 159 is GM derivation. It was not bought from GM, GM and Fiat were collaborating at that time. GM took the diesel engines from Fiat: mounted on SAAB and OPEL.

The 3.2 V6 on the GT is a Busso one.

    Please be informed!

  • @aquil8 it will still be heavier than the 2.5 which on front wheel drive cars will just lead to more understeer the 2.5 is fantastic and at 250 bhp fast as.

  • @randombloke10 ;Not as heavy as an Audi with a V6 or as dull, nothing wrong with a GM block its very tough it

still had an Alfa head so the 159 is still an Alfa, all car manufacturers platform share especially Vag group cars.

The 159 may be heavy but then so are the main competitors its just Alfa romeo tends to attract critisism from

the mag hacks because they forget its a family car and seem to think all Alfa's are sports cars, this is the problem.

  • @TheForza1000 all alfas make you feel like your driving sports cars, thats there magic even in what would normally be a dull saloon, audi v6's nowadays are lovely, even audis themselves are lovely cars. but a red alfa with tan leather interior...phwaah

  • @randombloke10 ; Spot on.

  • 2jzgtejza80:big noob alfa have all the best

  • alfa 4ever!!! hey if/when you want to sell get in touch i want a 3.2 for my next gt!

  • Dude your car is mint!

I own an alfa gtv, 2l engine though, and i can say it's a great car! I guess a 3.2 l GT engine sounds and behaves orgasmic!

  • hi i have just got my gt and wanted to know does it only have one reverse light? because on my own only one light comes on

  • the other side will be your rear fog light :)

  • yeah I thought that when I got mine...but yeah it has one, on the left rear side

  • Alfa knows how to stir your soul.

  • Good job,man!!!:-)

  • sweet :)

  • Busso?

  • Si busso!!!!!

  • car looks fucking sexy

  • niceeee

  • Center muffler original and endmuffler replaced with raggazon 2x2 with mini muffler?
